Jag’s will Transition to Curbside and To Go Orders Only Beginning Tuesday, March 17

Dining Rooms to Temporarily Close
for Health and Safety of our Staff, Guests and Community

Will Offer Support for Affected Staff; Working with Local Schools, Food Pantries
and At-Risk Community Members for Food Donations and Support

 

Jag’s Steak & Seafood will transition to curbside pick-up and home delivery only beginning Tuesday, March 17. Dining rooms and bar service will temporarily close effective Monday, March 16.

Our first priority is to respect the health and safety of our staff, guests and community. We will continue offering meals to the community through Jag’s Curbside to Go with the same standard of excellence and service we have served each guest.  We also will be:

  • Discounting 25% off regular menu pricing for items on our Curbside-To-Go menu and 50% off select bottles of wine on the To-Go menu.
  • We are also offering select six-packs of beer To-Go.
  • Donating items and delivering food/meals to community food pantries/local schools/health workers, and at-risk individuals in our community
  • Jag’s staff members will be made available to run short trips for essential goods at no charge for elderly and at-risk members of our community who are unable to leave their homes. Please contact us for more information if you or your loved ones need our assistance.
  • Running a gift card sale starting Tuesday, March 17 -  Tuesday, March 31, to support our staff. For every gift card purchase, 50% of the sales will help to support our employees during this difficult time. 

We thank our dedicated employees, the community and trusted business partners for their incredibly hard work and service, today and every day. Together with state and local health leaders, we will continue to evaluate the situation before resuming full operations to safely serve our staff and guests.

Jag’s Curbside to Go

Jag’s kitchen will remain open, offering curbside pickup of Jag’s orders by phone at (513) 860-5353

  • Orders from our special Curbside Menu will be accepted Tuesday-Saturday from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
  • Guests can pick up their orders between 12 p.m. - 7 p.m. by driving to our valet station, where a member of Jag’s staff will deliver your order to your car

To our valued guests, and Jag’s family,

The health and well-being of our staff, guests and community has always been our priority. In response to the recent outbreak of the respiratory virus known as the Coronavirus or COVID-19, a serious situation, Jag’s is taking vigilant measures to prevent the spread of the virus and keep our Jag’s family safe. We will continue to operate our business with the highest standards of health and sanitation, and are monitoring new developments closely.

In addition to already implementing the highest industry standards, we continue to practice preventative measures consistent with recommendations of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health agencies. Our staff, professional cleaning team and sanitation partners are all taking extra precautions to frequently clean and disinfect targeted areas using methods proven to disinfect coronavirus/COVID-19. Some examples of these measures and robust sanitation procedures include:

  • Extensive training for staff on maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace and environment for our guests
  • The addition of numerous and easily accessible handwashing facilities and hand sanitizer locations throughout the restaurant
  • Implementation of recyclable menus and increased sanitation of other high touch-point surfaces, like restrooms, kitchens, dining surfaces, doors and chairs
  • Beginning Monday, we will offer curbside pickup of Jag’s orders by phone at (513) 860-5353
    • Orders will be accepted Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
    • Guests can pick up their orders between 5pm-9 by driving to our valet station, where a member of Jag’s staff will deliver your order to your car
  • Weekly Friday Gourmet Buffets will be canceled through April 3.
  • Jag’s staff members will be made available to run short trips for essential goods at no charge for elderly and at-risk members of our community who are unable to leave their homes. Please contact us for more information if you or your loved ones need our assistance.
