Summa Cum Laude, Culinary Arts graduate from Sullivan University in Louisville, KY, Tracie interned at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas. While she began as a culinary employee, she spent countless hours impressing and learning from their Pastry Chef.
Missing her family in Cincinnati, she returned to secure a position with Jag’s Steak & Seafood in November 2013.
Her passion for food began at a very young age creating delicious meals and baking with her grandmother. After school she chose cooking shows over cartoons.
Newly married and flourishing in her career, Tracie always knew she would achieve her dream of becoming a Chef.
