A native of Los Angeles, Michael moved to Dayton, Ohio where he decided to pursue his passion in the ever-growing service industry of restaurant hospitality. Finding his niche early on, he quickly rose through the ranks landing a management position by the age of 21. Married and a proud father of one son, his family currently resides in Liberty Twp.
Before joining Jag's in 2004, Michael was the General Manager for the Legendary Lauberge Restaurant in Kettering, Ohio. Other career stops included District Manager for enormous chain of seafood restaurants and Private Consultant in charge of training for both independent and large corporate restaurants.
Michael specializes in all aspects of wine service with his vast knowledge of the industry and exceptional talent for pairing food and wine.
As a leader, he demonstrates and teaches his philosophy of "Passion is not learned, it is instilled."
